Difficult times are good times for good staff
PaulySales focuses on staff development and sales promotion. PaulySales was founded to support enterprises in a competitive environment. Those who manage to be successful in difficult times will also thrive in the long term.
During the previous nine years, we have provided the pharmaceutical industry with sales training. The German health reform has led to the necessity for a significantly more active and innovative sales concept in this market.
The same applies to the healthcare market; in this case, we developed and implemented various training classes to secure the future of doctor’s practices, pharmacies, medical supply retailers and opticians. This is a sector, where an active sales policy was previously frowned upon. Changing conditions, however, require customers in the healthcare business, more than ever, to be approached systematically.
In the handicraft sector we helped tradesmen to develop entrepreneurial skills and we improved the selling skills of the staff and sales representatives of wholesale companies. Tradesmen are mostly devoted to their technologies. When confronted with sales negotiations, however, they often get cold feet. We picked them up where they were and lead them towards successful sales.
In the media sector we managed to turn unskilled advertisement salespersons into competent advertisement and media consultants who were able to experience instant success. Not least we strengthened the sell-off capabilities of brand manufacturers at the point of sales and the successful sell-through.
We have repeatedly been successful in showing our clients from various sectors that they can use difficult phases in their environment entirely to their own advantage. We aim to continue to do so.
